Oliver Carbide Products, Inc. (“Oliver,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit olivercorp.com (the “Site”), submit a form or file, apply for employment, or otherwise communicate with us through the Site.

The Site does not process online payments or sell products directly. This Policy applies only to the Site. It does not apply to Kutzall.com, distributor websites, or other third-party sites or services linked from the Site; those services have their own privacy practices.

Information We Collect

The information we collect depends on how you use the Site. It may include:

• Contact and inquiry information. Your name, company, job title, mailing address, country, email address, phone and fax numbers, subject, referral source, and the contents of your message.
• Business and commercial information. Information submitted in distributor, reseller, customer, supplier, or other business inquiries, such as company history, locations, coverage, revenue range, expected sales, distribution model, product interests, and marketing practices.
• Project and technical submissions. Product dimensions, quantities, application details, specifications, photos, drawings, CAD files, and other documents or information you submit for design, engineering, quoting, manufacturing, or support.
• Employment applicant information. Position preferences, availability, contact details, age confirmation, citizenship or work-eligibility answers, conviction history where requested and permitted, resume, education, employment history, references, skills, certifications, acknowledgments, typed signature, and other application information. Later hiring stages may involve additional information under separate notices or authorizations.
• Communications and records. Correspondence with us, records of requests, quotes, orders, service or warranty matters, and preferences you communicate.
• Information about other people. For example, professional references or other contacts you identify. Please provide another person’s information only if you are authorized to do so.
• Device and usage information. IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, browser type, operating system, device information, referring page, pages viewed, dates and times, clicks, scrolling, navigation paths, session information, and cookie or similar identifiers.

• Automatically, through server logs, cookies, analytics tools, security technologies, and similar technologies when you use the Site.

Technical and Confidential Business Submissions

Drawings, specifications, product concepts, and other technical submissions may contain confidential or proprietary business information even when they are not personal information. We use those submissions as reasonably necessary to evaluate your request, prepare a quote, design or manufacture a requested product, provide support, maintain appropriate business records, comply with law, and protect our rights.

We limit access to personnel, service providers, contractors, and manufacturing or supply-chain partners who need the information for those purposes. This Policy does not create a nondisclosure agreement, determine trade-secret status, or change intellectual-property ownership. Any separate written agreement controls if it conflicts with this Policy.

Microsoft Clarity. We use Microsoft Clarity for heatmaps and session replays. Clarity may collect page views, clicks, taps, mouse movements, scrolling, navigation, and device and browser information. Learn more in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Google reCAPTCHA. We use Google reCAPTCHA to help protect forms from spam and abuse. reCAPTCHA uses risk-analysis techniques, may evaluate interactions with the Site, and may set a necessary cookie. Its use is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Your Cookie Choices

Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. Blocking cookies may affect Site functionality. Where applicable law requires consent or an opt-out mechanism for a particular technology, we will provide and honor the required choice.

Do Not Track. Some browsers transmit a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is no uniform industry standard for responding to these signals, the Site does not currently respond to them.

• Oliver personnel and business operations, including personnel supporting the Oliver, Kutzall, Rubberhog, and Shieldzall brands, where access is needed for the purposes described in this Policy.
• Service providers and contractors, such as website hosting and administration providers, form and email providers, cloud storage and IT providers, analytics providers, security and anti-spam providers, recruiting support, professional advisers, and other vendors that process information for us.
• Manufacturing, supply-chain, and business partners, when reasonably necessary to evaluate, quote, manufacture, fulfill, or support your request or business relationship.
• Professional advisers and authorities, including lawyers, accountants, insurers, auditors, courts, regulators, and law enforcement when disclosure is needed to comply with law, protect safety or rights, investigate wrongdoing, or enforce agreements.
• Transaction parties, in connection with a potential or completed merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction.
• Other parties at your direction or with your consent. We may disclose information for another purpose that we explain when you provide it.

Sale and targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. Some privacy laws define “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” broadly enough to include certain disclosures of online identifiers to analytics or advertising providers even when no money changes hands. To the extent those laws apply to our practices, you may exercise the applicable opt-out right as described below.

We retain personal information as long as reasonably necessary to manage an inquiry, quote, customer or business relationship, technical submission, employment application, warranty or support matter, and to meet legal, accounting, tax, security, and recordkeeping requirements. Periods vary based on the information, relationship, legal requirements, and potential disputes. Information may remain temporarily in backups or archives after removal from active systems.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information and submitted files. No transmission or storage system is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not submit information through the Site that we have not requested, such as Social Security numbers, financial-account credentials, payment-card information, medical records, or export-controlled information.

Your Privacy Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live and subject to exceptions, you may have rights to access or confirm personal information we process; correct or delete it; receive a portable copy; learn about categories, sources, purposes, and recipients; withdraw consent; or opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling. You may opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the message or contacting us. Even if you opt out of marketing, we may continue to send non-marketing communications about an inquiry, quote, order, application, or business relationship.

International Visitors

Oliver is based in the United States. If you access the Site from elsewhere, your information may be processed in the United States and countries where our providers operate, whose laws may differ from yours. Where required, we rely on consent, precontractual steps, contract performance, legal obligations, and legitimate interests as processing bases. Children’s Privacy

The Site is intended for business, industrial, and employment-related audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. The online employment application is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old.
